These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations that apply when booking or participating in any activity offered by Adventure Zone. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to the policies set out below. Please read this information carefully to ensure you understand the obligations, safety requirements, and conditions of use before taking part in any of our experiences.

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather.

3 months before the activity date: 90% of the total amount is refundable
1 month before the activity date: 60% of the total amount is refundable
2 weeks before the activity date: 30% of the total amount is refundable
7 days or less before the activity date: 0% refund

Please arrive at least 1 hour before your activity start time for safety briefing
(not applicable to hiking activities)
Late arrivals will forfeit their booking without a refund
